Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Maison Fidé, every fragrance is crafted with precision and care. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with each purchase. Because our products are personal by nature, returns and exchanges are handled with great attention to quality and safety.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned. Only items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be considered for return.

Requests for return must be made within 7 days of delivery.

 

2. Order Cancellations

We understand that you may change your mind. Should you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing it, provided processing has not yet begun.

After this window, our team will begin preparing your order, and cancellations will no longer be possible. We appreciate your understanding as we honor the integrity of our made-to-order process.

 

3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Client Care Team at concierge@maisonfide.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost once the issue is verified.

 

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom or engraved bottles are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, as they are uniquely prepared for each client.

 

5. Refunds

Once a return is approved and the product received in perfect condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.
