We want you to love your fragrance journey with us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order ID for assistance with returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your bottle box must be unopened and unused and you should request a return label within 14 days of receiving your bottle. Once you have requested your label, you will have a further 14 days to return your fragrance.
